(Prescott, Arizona)
May 20-22, 2012
Sunday 6.30pm, Monday & Tuesday 7pm

Former U.S. Missionary to Romania, is coming back to Stockport!
Pastor Paul Pritchard (Stockport) & Evangelist Richard Brooks (US) Good Friday, April 2009.

Fresh from Liverpool, Evangelist Richard Brooks started the Revival on the 1st day of Passover with a powerful Pentecostal message.

A visiting Jewish American friend of Pastor Paul had just attended a 'Christ in the Passover' presentation by Jews4Jesus and asked "what's different about a Pentecostal Church?"

On Good Friday, there was a vivid evangelical message for the local youth visiting, then the congregation were ministered to on personal evangelism and witnessing.

Richard Brooks pioneered CFM's first Romanian Fellowship and is now a full-time Evangelist based in Prescott, Arizona, USA.

 Pastor Elystan 'Al' Lambert
Sunday October 16, 2011
Formerly pastor in Bermuda; Missionary in Jamaica & Assistant Pastor in Rotherhithe (S. London) and now in Reading, Berkshire.
Wonderful Spirit-filled meetings were witnessed with missionary to the UK Pastor Al Lambert, who took over the Reading church from Ps Steve Marshall (now missionary in Wolvis Bay, Namibia).  The powerful & anointed preaching blessed the congregation and we had wonderful fellowship and encouragement with Pastor Al and his wife.

 PRAYER FOR MISSIONAIRIES
Tuesday 19 July, 2011 with Pastor Jay Nembhard
The start of a series of monthly Prayer for Missionaries was addressed by Pastor Jay Nembhard, conference speaker, pioneer of the Potters House Manchester church, former assistant Pastor at the Rotherhithe Church and senior pastor at Wolverhampton.  He is now a missionary pastor in the city of Mandeville, in the Parish of Manchester(!), Jamaica.

Pastor Jay expounded on the first chapter of Nehemiah, exhorting the church, with it's many nationalities, to remember in prayer our home nations and be available for the possibility that God may one day, bring us back as missionaries to impact with the gospel, in a way a foreign national may not be able to.

 4th Anniversary Service
THURSDAY 7th JULY 2011, 7.30pm

From The Potters House, Manchester
Pastor Kosi Amesu

Pastor Kosi Amesu had a vision for planting a new church in Stockport.
This became a reality on the 7th of July 2007, when the Potters House, Manchester congregation sent Paul & Ann Pritchard, to pioneer in Stockport.
This new congregation was generously supported by the Manchester Church until it became self supporting.  We were very glad to have Pastor Kosi to preach for the 4th Anniversary of the Stockport Church.

The message 'Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained' was from the first chapter of Deuteronomy, as Moses was preparing Israel for the adventure of entering into their destiny.  Adventures in faith await those who dare to believe God and step out, to be challenged, to grow and impact the world!

Evangelist Edwin Jonkhout from Holland: evangelist Jonkhout
                             "Holy, moly, macaroni"
Revival Meetings with the Dutch Evangelist started on Sunday the 31st of July and continued through till Wednesday evening, 3rd of August.

After the hotel receptionist was healed in prayer and prayed to be saved as soon as the Evangelist arrived in the country, the church was filled each service, with 16 visitors, 5 new decisions being made for salvation, 4 backsliders prayed in rededication of their lives and 10 people came to be filled with the Holy Ghost and were baptised in the Spirit.  Several people received very accurate words of encouragement and each service the preaching was anointed, especially after the Sunday evening prayer meeting.  Everybody seemed to be listening intently as the Evangelist ministered in his (and most of the congregation's) second language, but under the unction of the Holy Spirit!  There were also several powerful healings from various ailments and pain (e.g. back aches, painful knees) instantly healed in prayer.

During his visit, Evangelist Jonkhout spoke to people, sharing the gospel and praying with several on the street in the town centre, as well as visiting North Wales (with a healing in Bethesda) and Bethshan Tabernacle (Manchester), historic sites of God's outpouring in revival.  Inspiration for us seeking another visitation from God.

We carried on the Revival on Thursday night after the evangelist left to preach in Manchester, even though we'd announced no midweek service on Thursday (due to the Revival meetings Monday - Wednesday), had a great turnout and the fire kept burning.

Revival meeting with Pastor Gary Taylor, 1752011

Revival meeting with Pastor Gary Taylor, 17/5/2011

After a rock concert with the Newcastle Church & a young man answering the altar call, Revival meetings kicked off with Pastor Gary Taylor on Sunday morning with over 30 attending, 1 soul saved, and continued through till Tuesday with several healings, more people saved and a wonderful 'Revival' spirit in the church.  The worship had a very powerful presence of God on the last night and the preaching was anointed throughout the whole revival.  We are thankful to the  Newcastle Church for evangelising with us on Saturday (inc. 2 of the Pastor's own children, who performed with him in the concert!) and for releasing their Pastor to preach here in Stockport.  We both felt strongly that God is going to do greater things here and believe we will have revival in the church soon.

Testimony: Dutch Revival Services Thursday 5th of May - Friday 6th of May

Wim Huisman from the Amersfoort Church, Holland, preaching on Friday 6th of May. He arrived in the UK the day before and became very sick, but after the prayers of the church on Thursday night, with Pieter Van Rossum preaching, Wim was healed and evangelised on the streets in Stockport town centre and preached in the evening.  There were 4 people who prayed to be saved and 1 healed on the streets.  We had a wonderful time.  Thanks to Pastor Martin Klok for releasing workers for the harvest in Stockport.

Men's Discipleship - Spiritual Warfare and Enemy Strongholds
Caernarfon, North Wales.  (Raising up disciples for battle in the land of revivals)
Saturday March 5, 2011

"Blessed be the LORD my strength which teaches my hands to war,
and my fingers to fight" (Psalm 144:1)
NKJV

"For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal
but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds"
(2 Corinthians 10:4)
NKJV

This was a very powerful gathering of men from the church in Caernarfon Castle.
The Edwardian castle was built to suppress the fiercely independant Welsh and is a great example of enemy intimidation and power, which can be challenged by men willing to fight for freedom and nation.  We enjoyed teaching and fellowship in the castle and in the town and after singing the old welsh hymn 'Gwahoddiad' in the town centre the people were exhorted to turn back to Iesu Grist (Jesus) and Y Beibl (the Bible) for another Welsh Revival.

The Bible was translated into Cymraeg (Welsh) by Bishop William Morgan in 1588, over 20 years before the 'King James' authorised translation in English.   The Welsh Bible, hymns and Welsh speaking churches and chapels, have preserved the welsh language, the oldest in Europe.  Many revivals have swept through the land, such as in 1735, 1859 and 1904.  Will there be another?

"Oni fyddi'n ein hadfywio eto,
er mwyn i'th bobl lawenhau ynot?"
(Salmau 85:6)
Cymraeg Newydd

"Will You not revive us again,
That Your people may rejoice in You?"
(Psalm 85:6)
NKJV

We will be returning to host this again...watch this space! Hwyl
